Assuming that both kinds are 100% juice.

I always tend to go for not-from concentrate--what's the real difference though?

no difference at all, nothing, nada, zipp

it's a matter of whether or not you prefer the subtle differences in taste in one kind to the next. Juice from concentrate tends to keep a little bit longer too.

Im not sure if there is a different, look at the ingredients. If they are the same well then there is no difference. As long as you have the simple ingredients your fine. But when you get into the ones you cant say, then your not. If you want a healther juice, try Organic 100% juice. You can find it in the Organic section of the store, or any health food store. They have the same flavors of reg juice, and it tastes as great.

Simply the way it's made. There is no nutritional difference between those NOT from concentrate and those that are. Hence the reason Oranges arer made from Concentrate and apples are not.

The concentration process kills off any natural occurring enzymes that you could benefit from.

why dont u try fresh juice they r much more healthy
