If you don't know, it means you should say no.
Age doesn't matter - some people aren't ready at 16, 20 or even 30.
You will know when its the right time, don't force it

If you have to ask about it, don't do it. This is something that you can't take back you really should wait until you're married. Both of you are really young, and you're not ready for it. Would you be ready to have a baby if you turned up preggers? Would he stick around? Neither of you know if you are going to be together in the future. And if you do it, would you regret it tomorrow? This is a big decision. Don't do it if your not certain or have doubts. I was about your age (2 months B4 I turned 17) when I decided to go through with it. And let me just say that I regret It, especially now that I am married. I wish I would have waited. Especially knowing that I was my husband's first and he wasn't mine. It would have just meant so much more. I really hope you make the right choice.

not to condone under age sex, I think its best to use your better judgment in this case.truthfully if you found the need to ask us here this question, you are not ready and in fact if your not, it will more than likely be a bad experience instead of good. You have plenty of time to mess around. First be sure to ask yourself, is this guy the one I want to be the one to be my "experience"? Is it someone that even if you dont stay together can look back on and say you dont regret doing it with? if no, then dont. Think really hard about it before making a decision. If he truly cares for you your answer shouldnt matter. good luck girl!

Well I say if you think that you are ready for that and you know that he only wants to be with you then go head but if you have doubts about it then don't because you have to think about it what if you have a baby is he still gonna be there by your side

i would say 16 is too young, while you may of been girlfriend/boyfriend for two years, i dont imagine you have actually gone out on dates alot,,,, dealt with problems (illnesses, money problems etc ) , basically expeirenced many things in life together,,,,, and you are still very young, i suggest waiting until your 18,,,, you will be more mature,,,, you will know when your ready,,,,

i think that first of all you guy are to young not to have sex but to get pregnant and that's a risk u are taking if u do it. and like the other girl said if you are asking is because u have doubts or are not comfortable yet so i think that you shouldn't do it!!
and if you do use protection ALWAYS pliz

You can't ask strangers to make this decision for you. Only you know if you are ready. If you decide to please use protection and don't do it if you feel uncomfortable or rushed. The fact you are asking it here makes me think you are not ready

if you are not sure, DON'T DO IT. Once you do, you can never take it back. If he really cares for you, he'll wait. (However, all boys at this age only think of 1 thing...so be ready for him to pressure you.) Stay true to yourself.
