In my relationship I am soooo jealous?

and it is making problems in my relationship. Most of our arguments are because of my jealousy after I continuously say I am going to try to stop being so jealous. I don't think I can stop being jealous. How can I really try to stop?

jealousy is usually due to insecurity. What is it that you're insecure about? Do things to make yourself more confident. If it's your body, looks, or just how you feel about you, you've got to feel like you're worthy of love and trust.

I was just like you at one point in my relationship. I have been married to the same woman for 15 years now. You must try to trust him or her. Being in a jealousy fueled relationship can and will tear you two apart quicker than anything. What I've realized is if an affair is going to happen there is really nothing a person can do to stop it. The other day I asked my dad how he has stayed married to my mom for over 50 years and he gave me the simplest and best answer I've ever been given. He said " Son, find out what makes your wife happy and do it." Enough said.

what is making you jealous? see i was in a relationship once.. and i loved this guy sooo much,,... that anytime another girl would talk to him, or he wouldn't return my phone call, i would get so jealous... my reason was because of lack of confidence.. you see, we were dating for a year, and the whole time i wanted him to be my bf, but he didn't want that, it's not because he didn't like me.. it was because he wasn't ready in life for a relationship.. but the whole time i was jealous because i wanted him soooo bad..

so you really have to think of the reason why you are being jealous.. is it you, or is it something he did?
