My husband and I are into our second year of Chapter 13 bankruptcy. It's been hard for us but we are managing. Not having to worry about foreclosure and bill collectors is such a relief. Of course, if we want to purchase anything, we have to save for it. I would just like to chat with folks who have been through this.

I was declared bankrupt on nov 1st so i know how it feels but its a relief now its done

I've never filed for Chapter 13, but I know people that have made it through and I represent debtors. Finishing a Chapter 13 is not an easy task as you are learning. If you can complete your plan payments, you are to be commended.
