Do you need a disk drive to install it? I'm asking because I bought a lot of 20 comp. without operating systems or disk drives. If so, then could I just buy one disk drive, install that on a computer, load the operating system, uninstall the disk drive, and repeat for the other 19? Thanks.

If you have 20 computers without no disk drives..... If they are all the same you could boot ghost off a flash drive and use 1 image to install the OS and default image over a network - that would be the fastest and best which is what I do.... Also you could get an external USB Optical drive (CD-ROM, DVD, etc...) which you could hop between computers.

You'll need a CD-ROM drive to install an operating system from a CD, and a hard drive in each of the 20 computers to install the operating system on. You can move the CD-ROM from computer to computer, but it will be a bit of a pain.

Do you mean a floppy drive? If so, the answer is probably no. Most Operating Systems can be loaded from a CD as well as a floppy.

You would need a disk drive for every computer, it's kind of an important piece of hardware.
