What should I do?

4 years I had felt that my husband was cheatn , but I nevr had probable cause until recently.He used to accused me of cheating and ridicule me about my friends. I had a hysterectomy done in 05, but prior to that operation I was having troubles sexually I didnt have the urge, because I stayed in so much pain from the fibroids and bleeding. He thought I was making up excuses not to sex him, but in fact I was not. So our sex was kept at a minimum and I knew he had to be getting satified from somewhere because of his urges. Our relationship over the past 7 yrs of marriage has turn into no sex, no holdn hands, no kissn, no huggn, etc. For the past month he had been hanging out til late am, and I start to check his cell phone and found texts from his ex- stating they had oral relations, been out to dinner, and he denies it all. He states that his ex is crazy and made up the texts in his phone to break up our marriage! How would his ex know I would I would look through his phone? Help!

I dont know if I would believe him. Why not contact the ex and ask her. You have a right to know. If he has been cheating, what is the point of contiuing. Once a cheater always a cheater. Trust takes a very long time to rebuild.

Get some exercise to clear your head. Either meditation or yoga can get your mind and emotions in sync so your next steps will become clear ,your just thinking to hard right now.

Girl that is classic. When men get caught, they usually swear the other woman is "psycho". He's cheated. Investigate. Then heal. I wish you well.

Seek God and ask God to reveal th Truth to you. Pray for guidance on what you should do. What is done in darkness will be manifested in light. God knows all things...Put your trust in Him (God).
