Alcohol evaporates very quicly. Even if you took a sample while someone was drunk and you tried to test the hair at the follicle level, the sample would be so small that it would be impossible to find any. Also, hair does not store alcohol.

no alcohol can not be detected only thing that can b detected is drugs,alcohol leaves the system usually when u go to the bathroom.

Yes. Also, regarding drug testing with hair...even if the follicle is removed, testing can still be done to see how long it has been since someone has used or is still using drugs.
