No. This is how I see it. Supposedly "god" is omnipotent. He can do whatever he wants, whenever he wants, for whatever reason. He also desperately wants to save us all.
So, why can't he just show himself? At all. No, not through our 'faith' but by actually giving us irrefutable proof that he is real. Then he could save all his children.
But he's never done that, so that leaves me to believe that he either isn't real or doesn't give a **** if we get saved or not.

Yes, because i have had so many spiritual experiances to back up my faith. At the age of 4 I saw an angel before i even knew what an angel was. I was christian spoke in tongues at an early age. Forgot all this and backslide for a few years. Then I broke my arm. 2 weeks l8tr someone prayed for me and over an inch of bone grew, the xray photos show the difference. The doctor had no explanation. Since then i have seen many healings from me praying, such as blind eyes open, limbs healed, deafs ears open, and many other things. Some have been captured on video tape. There is no explanation other than Jesus still works miracles here on this earth through his followers.Lol i checked ur answers to see what u believe. Spend one day with me and ur whole world would be fliped upside down.

I have seen so many answers to prayers.and true supernatural miracles. and when I pray I can hear the very quiet voice of God. so I know God and I know the Spirit of God as well as I do anything. It is a part of me as natural as breathing is.I am guided by the Spirit in most everything I do. If you will pray and actualy listen for the answers you will know what I mean.it is something I learned from my parents. you have to practice it. pray constantly about everything.asking Gods guidance. Peace. I hope you have a very Merry Christmas.

I do believe in *a* God. But to me, God is the natural universe and sentient in a way where there is a balanced chaos to everything. It's almost like we are the physical manifestation of that sentience. My beliefs stem from personal experiences.

At this stage in my life, no, because the God described in Jewish, Christian, and Islamic sources is both inconsistent and immoral. No truly just god would do, or order humans to do, the things reported in scripture. Also, religion has elements that are anti-intellectual and anti-progress. I think we need our brains and should use them to work toward progress instead of trying to stand still or turn back the clock for the sake of mirroring what ancient peoples once believed. I prefer to live my life by reason and human compassion rather than blind faith and fear.

Yes. We have to believe in something. When you die, you can't believe that's it. Why would you go your entire life, collecting all the memories you have, both good and bad.........and take it where? There is something out there, much bigger than all of us. And in all reality, this world, us, Earth.......we're merely a speck in space.........surely we're not the only ones out there. And whenever you get that feeling your not alone or if someone's watching you..........who do you think that is? If things go a certain way and you don't understand why.......why do you think that is? It's what's in your heart, your mind and your soul. Superstition and Faith go hand in hand. Because both have a lot to do with what you believe in. Still not sure? Go to a church and ask this same question.

"Life is not an eternal search for God: Life is an Eternal Expression of God."
What do you think of this statement? Moreover, the level of evolution that we have achieved so far only shows us how far we can truly reach. Existence is God experiencing God’s self through us and all of life. We are individual, unique, divine, aspects of the whole seeing itself through our different perspectives. This is the essence of life, to experience all things in all ways and to expand to undreamed of levels of awareness and creativity. So my main question is this. Should we not unleash ourselves from our own self-contained ideology and rhetoric and understand the unlimited nature of the universe which is God? This is Life! This is ever evolving evolution! We are how the Universe creates itself, that is how important we are!

Not anymore. Since 2003, when I lost my job I begged the him to help me,I pleaded with him. I would do my part and search for work. for 6 long months I went out every day, needless to say I got nothing. where was he? so I thought well maybe I'll only go out 4 times a week. still nothing. until november when I ended up taking a job, a seasonal job. when It came time to go looking for work, I asked him lead me to a fulltime day job. what I got was opposite of what I asked for which is part-time nights. come to think of It If you asked me what God has done for me I'd say nothing! I never remember jumping for joy for anything in my entire life. up until this moment I either got a no or wait. I am done waiting. he chose his path of ignoring me I will do the same.

No.
1. No evidence.
2. The bible seems to obviously have been written by people and not gods.
3. Nothing attractive in it.
Sorry, but that's the truth for me.

No.
Because there's nothing to suggest that the one most people believe in, an all-powerful and all-loving god, exists. In fact, that view contradicts the reality of the world we live in.
