Simple: Burn more calories than you consume.
Fruits and veggies are very low calorie
Protein is filling, so it requires less for you to feel full
Do aerobic exercises--the kind you enjoy the most (and will actually do)
Don't buy junk food--if you don't have it, you won't eat it

Well, it is possible. you need to speed up your metabolism by eating 6 mini meals a day. try to eat fruit for at least two of the meals. Eat your carbs for the second and third meals and for the last two, eat protein. try to get an early workout in the morning like jog for 15 minutes just to jumpstart your metabolism, and in the afternoon, do stregnth training. at first you will gain weight because your muscles are growing but once your body adjusts, the muscle will start burning the fat away. make sure you do a 10 min. warmup before stregnth training and 30 minutes after. after about the third week, you'll be a fat burning machine! lol. BTW, you dont need diet pills to lose weight (just in case you were considering them)

Cut off your left leg.

Seriously though, you don't want to lose that much weight that quick. Almost regardless of diet, if you walk 2-3 miles every day, you will be fit within a year.

You have a slim chance of doing that. But Keep moving, never sit down, run, walk fast, jump, climb stairs, jog. Jump rope, skip, treadmill, stairmaster. Fat stays on still bodies. SO KEEP MOVING TO BURN CALORIES.

Eat protein and take a good multivitamin and B complex and iron to give you energy.

Good Luck.
