If your BF is anything like my husband, you won't be able to say anything that will make him feel better. Try doing something kind for him instead: make a nice dinner, rub his feet or his back after a long day, rent his favorite movie and sit with him in sweats, eating popcorn. Be there for him, so he knows at least one person's on his side. That will mean the world to him. Good luck--

they want to be treated like babies. really, they won't admit it but their behavior confirms if. at least that's my experience. oh my goodness, and if they get sick, like catch a cold or get a sore throat it's like they are recovering from brain surgery or something like that. i swear men are such wimps. so what he had a bad day, that's fine. now he has a bad WeeK! oh, my what could be causing so much strife in this mans life? a whole week of having bad days. what could be next, is the poor thing going to start crying? boo hoo. tell him to take it like a man and quit is belly aching or do something about whatever is bothering him. he wants you to baby him, so if that's what you're into, go ahead, but be prepared that if it's comforting enough, the next time he has a bad day it'll be 10 times worse than the last time. might as well check him in to a nursing home now.

It depends, why is he having a bad week. Did he do something, say something etc. If you're not sure tell him all the things YOU would like to hear yourself if you were having a bad week. Cook him his favorite comfort foods and tell him he's a great guy!

Pamper him. men love to have attention. make him a nice meal. Conversation doesn't have to include specific things that refer to his bad day, quite the opposite, think of witty, positive things to talk about and change his mood.

Say that you love him. Make his favourite food. Do things that tend to cheer him up.

"you'll get through it, things gonna get better"
or tell him you love him give him a sweet hug
do something he really likes, or you know, you can tell a compliment or something, give him self esteem and strength
