I don't know if you have Bag N' Save there, but I know they have them. If not just check around at grocery stores, they will most likely have them in with their Kosher foods section, where they keep they dry room temperature stuff (like matza, grape juice, etc) and they will probably be there.
I moved to NE about 3 1/2 years ago, we couldn't find matza anywhere until we found Bag N Save.

You might check with some of the local synagogues; most have a small shop where you can purchase ritual items. Also, check in grocery stores to see if they have a kosher foods section - sometimes you can find Sabbath and Hanukkah candles there. Good luck - I'd offer you my spare set, but Iowa is a LONG way from Seattle! Chag Sameach!!

Can you find 44 Sabbath candles? You don't need "official" Chanukah candles - just candles made from a kosher sustance, and which will burn for about 30 minutes. In the case of Sabbath candles, you'd essentially need to keep them in a row and at the same level. The "Shammes" candle would have to be kept separate by placing it at a different level or obviously off to the side.
Also, if you can find 8 or 9 small cups (e.g. the sort of things used for small bistro candles) and some candle-wick material, you could burn olive oil. I've done that, and essentially so did the Macabees...
