YES..You CAN be cremated shortly after death..Many choose to have a funeral service prior to the cremation but this is personal preference..IF someone is murdered there is USUALLY an autopsy preformed on the body prior to cremation..

It depends on whether there is to be an investagation or not into the murder. Most states you have to wait at least 2-3 days. And in most states the body has to be shipped someplace to be cremated. Why would anyone want to be in such a hurry?

Anything is possible but highly unlikely or suspicious in this case. Murder victims need to have a thorough autopsy. Often a second autopsy is done to confirm the first's findings.
