I feel really fat.
And it's like no matter how many sit-ups I do..my stomach won't go flat or get smaller..I don't know if it's just me but it looks alittle bigger.

And I really don't eat too much..only like 1,300 calories a day or something like that.
And I do aerobics for 20 minutes and bicycle for another 20 minutes.

What else can I do to lose a few more pounds by the time I go back to school in January??

Thanks!!

you may actually not being doing your sit ups correctly... if you are not pulling your belly button in as you go up you are actually working your stomach OUT ( making it protrude instead of having that flat cut tummy)

hardcore cardio. cut salt from your diet. but really, if you're in good shape and just have a bit of a pooch in your belly, the belly fat probably isn't going to go away with out surgery.
