I'm not certain but have you tried Whole Foods or Fresh Fields? I know that some of the Organic natural food stores carry various Kosher items and they would definitely have non alcoholic cough medicine.

I'm guessing your'e Muslim, hence the "halal", so Asalmu Wa alaikum. .......... I use Tylenol and Trimianic, and Robitussum. I know that Nyquil has alcohol. Hope I helped.
