There is no way to lose weight quickly. It didn't appear overnight, it won't go away overnight.
And if you lose it quickly it will just come back.
The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat better [limit junk food, eat your fruit and veggies, drink lots of water] and exercise everyday.
Diets don't work, lifestyle change is the only way to be healthy and stay that way.

There is no instant-diet out there, losing weight takes time. The best way is to cut down on your portions, eat food with less trans fat (no greasy burgers!) & sugar and exercise. If you need to, have a schedule of when you exercise and how much you will do in one sitting.
Also, don't snack. Keep yourself to three meals a day and maybe a small serving of fresh fruit as dessert. Cut down on sugary drinks like soda. Drink water instead.

pills..drugs...food..everyone misses the most important aspect..exercise...if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.
1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day
2.) drink lots of water
3.)exercise every day
4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep

Besides lipo???? Protein and veggies ( not carrots, peas, potatoes, corn ) you can lose 5 to 7 pounds a week! Lots of water.

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries
