If a persons ear drum's burst due to either loud noise, or de-pressurisation, would the ear drum grow back again, or would the person remain deaf from that time onwards

There are no absolutes, but central perforations in general tend to heal pretty well. Those on the edge can cause more problems.

Yes, it is possible for your eardrum to rupture, but I don't think that is the case here. I would suggest going to your own personal doctor instead of waiting in line forever in a clinic. Sometimes your ear could build up pressure in the inside cavity. That could be irritating your infection site? I have had an ear infection and felt that horrible pain in the depths of my ear during that; but I knew if I wanted to get better, I had to keep taking the antibiotics. It hurt to swallow, but I still did it. Finish the antibiotics and if it still hurts, go back for a re-evaluation. By the way, if your eardrum ruptured, there would be much more pain and fluids would be coming out of your ear.

My son has burst his ear drum several times, and the ear drum did repair itself, however because of the thick scar tissue he has hearing loss in that ear.

A damaged ear drum will repair itself completely if (1) the hole is small and (2) the tear is neat.

My ear drum burst because i had it syringed. He case can be different.
Mine as thank fully healed but according to the ear specialist i spoke to no two cases are the same.
