I come from a Chabad background, but I not longer observe Chabad customs. How do you suggest that I find a girl on the same or similar religious level? I think I want to meet a girl who has "fryed out."

Are you in NYC? If you are, you've got to be familiar with Malkie Schwartz. If you're not, she started a support group for people interested in breaking away from ultra-orthodox and Chasidic communities. They have contact info on their website. Someone there may actually be able to help you find a way to socialize with groups (and girls) who have come from that background but who are no longer observant. The organization may be mostly for people needing serious help but they might have some ideas for you.
