The other post is incorrect (Hank)

4yrs med school + 3-4 yrs of residency which may include internship year in there. After that 7-8 year road, youre ready to be a ped doc. No fellowship is required unless you plan to further specialize such as "Ped Emergency Med" or "Ped Endocrinology"

Why can't you just ask us how long it takes to become a pediatrician starting with medical school?
4 years of med school
4 more years of residency
another year or two of fellowship
