Bulgarians and Romanians favor joining the EU with hopes that it will make things better for them. However the support for EU drops dramatically after accession as it brings a lot of extra requirements and the cost of living increases dramatically.

Some countries have not developed economically, socially and democratically enough to qualify to enter the European Union. Some countries such as Norway has voted to stay out of the EU.

yes they will so will every other country in and around europe and by the way the us will join with mexico and canada to form the first american union , there is even talk of a african union - look it up
