Generally speaking, room temp can be acheived in 30 mins to an hour. you don't want cream cheese to set out too long becuase it can go rancid.
Check the packages every 15 mins and see if they still feel cold and if they squish easily. If they feel squishy and aren't cold, congrats-room temp.

I go about 45 minutes to an hour on both. But sometimes I cheat and nuke the cream cheese just for a few seconds on low.
