The best thing to do is go to an immigration website and search for the info that is pertinent to you. You should be able to find out some info from F.D.O.C. in regards to his deportation status...

He will finish his original sentence for whatever crime he committed in Florida. He will go in front of an immigration judge and face the deportation hearing, when he is close to finishing his sentence. The U.S. will place a deportation detainer on him. When he is deported he will be flown back to his native land.
