You'll get salmonella from the raw eggs, but not worms. You can make edible cookie dough just leave out the eggs and enjoy.

No I have never heard of this before. Everyone in my family have always eaten cookie dough. Never had any problems.

I've eaten tons of Pillsbury cookie dough, and never gotten sick. After all, they now stick it in ice cream.
