As Gail has suggested discussing your situation with a bankruptcy lawyer is probably a great idea. In addition there are usually credit counseling services in most areas that are free and so you need to investigate if and where the closest one is to where you live. Your municipal office may be able to help direct you to the proper people also as there may be some type of organization that will be able to help you out at the present time also. I doubt that anyone will be able to make all these debts disappear completely but they may have resources available to help you in the short term and help make some type of budget that will be satisfactory to all your creditors etc. Best of luck to you and your family.

You can file bankruptcy on everything but your truck and house. My kids filed on everything but their home and vehicle and it worked out fine. You probably need to talk to a bankruptcy lawyer immediately before they start pulling stuff out. I hope this helps and God Bless You.
