meaning are they all rapists or child molesters. no sympathy for those that are dont get me wrong. just wonderin what ur opinion is. tryin to settle an argument.

I went to school with a boy who will forever be forced to register - he was dating a girl who was 15 (3 years younger than him) with her parents knowledge and permission. Her parents even were aware that the two of them were engaging in sexual relations, and told him quite simply, "As long as she doesn't get pregnant, we don't care and aren't going to report you." Then one day - BAM - she's pregnant and the tables are turned. He's reported and forced to register for the rest of his life.
I'd estimate that 90 percent of those on the list are dangerous. But there have to be 10 percent or so who were just victims of circumstance.

Not necessarily. If someone was 18 and they were dating a seventeen year old, they can be charged as a sex offender in some states. Does this make them dangerous....NO. This does not happen very often, but it could. It is totally different then someone that is 41 dating a 16 year old.
It is obvious that Harley is quick to pass judgment without thinking things through.

nope not all sex offenders are rapists or child molesters. There are those charged for other offences who are 'sex offenders' under the eyes of the law. You may still personnaly consider these people dangerous depending on what they did.
