i'm not positive it's bad for you, but liquid coffeemate is flammable...you can light it on fire...that cant be good....

I agree, coffee-mate is terrible! needless to say countless others are as disgusted with the variations that Nestle has made to our "cherished coffee-mate! i won't be in a position to think of why they could mess with something so staggering. i could no longer inform you the final time I had a competent cup of coffee!!! After finding severe and occasional, i desperate to attempt Wal-mart type unique coffee Creamer, the type is great-fee, of direction, the liquid type. It is obtainable in a burgundy field. so a ways, this became the final alternative that i've got chanced on.good success and please let us know in case you detect something greater valuable.

Yeah. It has none of the healthy stuff in milk, like calcium or vitamin D, and is loaded with trans fats.

Yes, it has palm oil in it, which is very unhealthy. Just use regular cream or half n half. It's much better for you.
