Its only an Eiffel tower when two guys high five each other, whilst entering the girl from the rear and the front, respectively.
That said, the only other position I can think of that would be a reasonable analogy would be a girl sitting on a dudes face, and another on his willy. That image brings to mind something like a bridge or two towers.
But I can't think of a name that defines that particular formation. Check urbandictionary, I am sure there is one.
