he is tripping over them when he walks. (Dachsund, low to the ground)
I cannot afford a vet! help!

My sister had a dog that had this same issue.....he was a German Shepherd and his literally swang from side to side when he walked they got so swollen. He had testicular cancer.

You need to see a vet.......it doesn't mean that you have to treat the dog, but the vet could give you a better idea of what is going on. You may be able to work out a deal with an animal hospital ro vet as well with a payment plan or something.

Whatever it is, if you care at all about your dog, take it to the vet and figure out how you're gonna pay for it later. You would go to the doctor yourself if it were you. This animal depends on you to take care of it. Do the responsible thing.

He really needs to see a vet, I would call your local shelter or a vet and see if they could work out a reduced vet service plan with you.

sounds like he needs to get laid, put some ice on them to help with any swelling or pain.
