Please dont follow any silly special 'diet programs' and things like this. If you want to lose weights its going to be much harder than eating only cabbage rolls for a month.

All you need is to motivate yourself properly and do the following
1. Work out - get regular exercise
2. Dont eat crap - eat a well balanced healthy array of foods
Grains (whole eat)
Meats/Protein (Chicken,Beef, Fish! etc)
Dairy (1% milk, yogurts)
fruit (bananas, oranges etc)
veggies (Lettuce, carrots, onions etc)
Mix them up ! make a nice tasty meal that wont pack on the pounds like a pizza.

Start going for runs, doing sit ups ... eat well and no junk foods!
And please pay no attention to 'miracle diets' Humans have been able to remain fit and lean for thousands of years without these silly weight loss programs - just get active and eat smart !

P.S: I'm not just pulling this out of nowhere, I lost 50 pounds from following the instructions above.

There is no easy way. If losing weight and being fit were easy, everyone would be slim. Forget that mindset and make a whole-hearted commitment to health.

Begin your quest by ADDING to your diet, rather than thinking in terms of eliminating the foods you love. Add fresh fruits and vegetables - aim for not five but TEN servings a day. And try to get in a lot of dark green veggies, like spinach, broccoli, green beens and brussel sprouts. Eat whole grain breads and rolls and drink plenty of fiber. Preface every meal with a small serving of protein - a piece of cheese, hardboiled egg, etc. - you'll eat less. Before you know it, the artificially enhanced, nutrient bereft stuff that passes for "food" in our culture will taste like crap to you.

Next up -- add fitness to your daily routine -- just like brushing your teeth. Start with 10 or 15 minute chunks. EVERYONE can handle 10 or 15 minutes of walking. Think back to what you enjoyed doing as a kid - dancing, walking, running, WHATEVER - just get your body moving. After 3-4 days, add another 15 minutes. Keep adding until you're up to an hour a day. It doesn't have to be a straight hour - it can be 4 15 minute segments. Keep a log and COMMIT to it.

Once you start eating healthier and getting some exercise you'll find that you feel so much better and you'll be addicted! AND, you'll be amazed at how quickly the weight falls off!

Everyone has an opinion as to that's the quality vitamin to shed extra pounds. Here are a couple of fundamentals to support get you began: Reduce fried, processed and delicate meals on your vitamin. Increase your consumption of fruit, veggies, beans, fiber, lean meat and oily fish (like tinned sardines or salmon). Cut out sodas, specifically vitamin and sugar-unfastened forms. Speed up your metabolism - extended recreation / endeavor & meals like inexperienced tea are a well begin. Increase your recreation stage - stroll extra, take in dancing, swimming or biking (some thing that you just revel in, so that you're going to hold it). Increase your endeavor - squats, plyometrics, frame weight sports, skipping, crunches can all be performed at house. If you're hungry then you're doing some thing flawed. Hydrate - drink eight glasses of water an afternoon. Eat breakfast - it kick-begins your metabolism into prime equipment and units you up for the day. Eat 6 instances an afternoon - Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. Don't sleep inside three hour of consuming a meal or a million hour after a snack. Forget approximately fad diets as they aren't sustainable and any weight misplaced quickly returns. For extra trained recommendation determine out the websites I have referenced under. Cabbage soup diet=horrible. You lose weight by robbing your body of the nutrients it needs. You may see short term weight loss, but nothing permanent.

Try following a diet designed for hypoglycemia. Read this book:
http://www.amazon.com/Diabetes-Diet-Bernsteins-Low-Carbohydrate-Solution/dp/0316737844/sr=1-4/qid=1166123464/ref=sr_1_4/105-1211156-8819637?ie=UTF8&s=books

You'll also need to implement a good exercise routine, including cardiovascular work and resistance training.

What I've done in the past 3 mos. is just eat every couple of hours in minimal amounts. I've lost over 30 pounds and excersise by watching Tivo. My husband who runs equipment has lost 50+. He bikes going about 40 miles each outing and uses the stationery bike twice a day, the first time at 3 a.m.! I use a liquid commercial diet drink for one or maybe 2 meals but add things like oj for one 2 hr. snack, or a slice of Wasa crisp bread with 2/3 a slice of Kraft single in micro for 6 sec., half a banana later, a sliced apple at bedtime, and if I get hungry anytime in between I have a sugar free cocoa mix . We have big salads with all kinds of greens, tomatoes, sprouts, white chicken meat that has been poached, anything that is low cal and healthy. Oatmeal is good to for breakfast. Splenda makes a good brown sugar that is great for a sprinkle on top. Coffee with sugar free sweetner, and if you go out have a half of chef salad with the dressing on the side. No bread always, maybe once or twice a week if you eat out. Some of the fast food places have nice diet salads such as Burger King grilled chicken salad, get no fat no sugar frozen yogurt. Best of all desserts you can whip up sugar free fat free Jello pudding or store brand with low cal whipped topping and skim milk, makes nice big bowl for two. We've had them a lot and have not noticed any gain. Skinny Cow low fat or sugar free 'ice cream' treats are out of this world. Whatever you have, have small amounts, often and keep your tummy happy! Lots of nice low cal things out there! Lots of diet places on the web too, I like HungryGirl for ideas and tried suggestions!
Remember it isn't necesarily a diet it's a lifestyle.
good luck!
