yes. Migraine headaches, which can be dull or severe, usually:

Last 6 to 48 hours

no, but occasionally I dry heave/vomit.
I have phenergan (prescription medication) to take when that happens. if you get nauseated or vomit, be sure to ask your doctor about getting something like phenergan for those symptoms, as the headache medication won't fix the stomach problems.

I have, but it's seldom. I have more of a sensitivity to light and sound than anything else.
