Sure, here you go.

Dear Employer,

Please excuse Nat from work with full pay. She has an eye problem.

She can't see going to work today.

If you really are sick, why not just go to your doctor and get one? If you lied to your employer, don't get other people involved in that, you're putting a person who worked very long and hard to get where they are in the position to compromise their integrity.

rub your eyes a bit till they get red, blob some green jello under them, and around your nose.. go into school or office snivelling and snorting. and say how devoted you are to work/school.. cough a bit... be a drama queen and they'll quickly escort you out and wish you luck sitting at home getting well. (they dont want to catch that...)
