To be honest, I don't see a lot of meaningful words or sentences. Often the tattoos I see are overly poetic phrases and quips that just seem like they were trying to hard. Or the phrase is plain old stupid.
By the way, I've seen the stripper in Detroit with that tattoo. There is one who works in Lansing with the same thing and also has a tattoo of a bullseye.
