You are getting personal, but I also lost you. I don't think they go in for rehabilitation much anymore. I think it is more lock them up and throw away the key. We had a jail in the county I grew up in and it was good enough for over a hundred years. Sometimes there were very few in the jail if any. Then they built a new jail, that last them about 20 years and they are crying that they needed another new jail. Back in the times of rehabilitation there were fewer inmates now than with what ever system they are using. What ever it is it is not working.
