me and this guy have been talking for three months and once i decided that i wanted to be with him, He tells me that he and his ex girlfriend had a agreement that they would not date anyone else beecause they cant stand to see the other one with someone else. He didnt tell me this in the beginning.

That is not cool at all, I would be vey upset because you should have had a choice and now you've invested all this time and effort into a dead relationship. The fact that he is telling you this means that his ex is still a big part of his life and he is not yet over her. What is going to tell you, when he finally agrees to date you, that his ex won't come back into his life and then what, from this decision(agreement) it says that she means a lot to him and him to her! If I were you I'd be more than mad, I'd take this for what it is, he has baggage (feeling for the ex) and can't be trusted because he lead you on then waited till you had fallen for him to tell you he 'can't' be with you...I'd say walk away while you still can, you deserve better

Let this weird guy and his ex girl friend remain so.
you look for some one else...
don't think my words are like a knife and meant to hurt you...
I am advicing the best and sweetly possible thing..
the world is wide spread and have millions of poeple.
there among those shall surely be another guy who could love you so dearly forever.
think no more of the above mentioned weird guy. he should have told you of that in the beginning...If he had made such an agreement, why didn't he tell you of that?

he's still attached. he needs to get over the other girlfriend before he can put time/emotion/energy towards someone else. Tell him to quit living in the past, and that you're here now. If he doesn't come around, then MOVE ON sister.
