In recognition of each deity, there should be three capital letters. However, Christians continue to assert that they are monotheists so there should be only one deity and one capital letter. They decided to compromise and settle on two capital letters.

The accent on the first two letters of TRinity shows its connection with TRuth. This is obviously evidence of God's hand in human expression.

Or it's a typo.

Not fast enough with releasing the shift key. The T is capitalized because the Trinity is a noun. The R gets capitalized because it's next to the T on the keyboard and the shift key is still down. And no one hits spell check.
