I feel like my back goes straight up but my neck goes kinda forward most of the times, unless I remember to adjust it. is there like an excerside or something that I can do so that I could have a straight back and neck all or most of the time?

A chiropractic adjustment might help. Also physical therapy. You can also just try to remember to keep your head up in appropriate posture. I got some stretchy tape put on my body for a few days that taught me how to hold my shoulders and head. You can get this as the physical therapist.

Sit up straight, rotate your shoulders, next, buy a good pillow for your neck and see a chiropractor.

You need to have a chiropractic adjustment. My chiropractor has worked wonders for me. There are exercises you can do, once you've been adjusted, to strengthen the muscles around your spine to hold yourself straighter. But really, you need to be evaluated by a professional first.
