i want to record live streaming webcam with sound and burd it to a dvd is there something i can do for free with or without dowloading a program and like i said it has to be free

Not for free, and not without downloading. . . There are alot of webcam recorders, like the one at http://www.oatmealmedia.net but everyone of them must be downloaded, and most of them will charge you, if it's free it probably have a virus or somthing attached to it.

you CANT do it without downloading a program.

There are screen recording programs that you can capture anything your computer displays or outputs as sound.

if you want JUST the sound, soundrecorder on windows will work, just in the sound properties on the taskbar, change it from microphone to wave out mix

you can try oripa yahoo webcam recorder that's quite easy for recording....but it is not a freeware.
