Actually along with the workout u should have lot of greens and fruits
ya egg is also very gud but the food intake should be more and avoid any bad habbits and u will c the progress

eat a lot of meat drink a lot of water and lift alot of weights but also do a lot of cardio so it wont be all fat
running swiming jumprope etc

eating doesn't have as much effect on a great body build, as much as toning excersizes along with muschle building excersizes, eating raw veggies and fruits and stuff like that will help to get rid of the fat though
