Usually, yes! Some boys are just not brave enough to speak, so they spend their time looking soulfully at you. Then, if they tease you or anything, then they really like you!

nope... here's the example i have to give... me and my brother stare at each other all the time, and the only thing i ever "fancy" if anything is my brother hanging off the edge of a cliff... same goes for anyone having a staring contest with me over the last piece of pecan pie....
