My comp is capable ofburning DVDs but i don't know what programs to use..i really don't wanna buy any, so what sthe best one for the job?

Nero and Roxio are the two main ones, but both cost. Nero is better in my opinion, but either way you are probably going to have to pay something (if you are planning on doing this legally that is).

i prefer Nero burning rom. although some might say roxio has more features, but nero has a faster rate of compressing files thus less and much better performance and time consumption

To copy like rental movies use DVD Xcopy find a copy on limewire or bitcomet.
