Go to your local child support enforcement office as soon as possible they can take him to court and have him court ordered to take the paternity test they may want u to wait until the baby is born if you are pregnant. And don't believe any promises that he will take care of you and the baby once you threaten him with child support just do it. Cause he ain't gonna give you a dime if he is denying the baby already Good Luck

If he is not wanting to take a paternity test due to not wanting to pay child support, I would contact the county offices. Usually they will go through a hearing to determine paternity, including a court-ordered paternity test. He either takes the test or goes to jail. After paternity has been established, then he will go onto the birth certificate and then will have to pay child support monthly.
Contact your county DCFS. They will be able to direct you on how to begin.

when you get your child support order thru ur local government they'll be able to establish paternity and court order him to take a test.
