that you have a crush on them. I ride what they call a dollar van alomost everyday and their is one van driver that i think is hot. I think he wants to say something to me because he ALWAYS stares at me ( i noticed he doesn't do the same to the other passengers).
How do i tell them i think he is cute, without being too pushy

Well, it is Christmas time...if you know how to bake, make him some goodies and include it with a card that says "It has been really great getting to ride with you"......if you can't bake, go to a bakery and buy some "homemade" goodies and do the same thing. You have just sent him the message that you are interested enough to make him something special. He may even ask the other drivers if they got something too. When he realizes you did it only for him, that paired with the simple message, he should get the hint. Also, when he stares at you, meet his gaze with your own confident gaze, turning your glance away for a second and then back - making sure to give him a small smile. Hold the gaze for as long as he does, no matter how uncomfortable or scared you may be getting. Men love this, because it triggers something in their brain that lets them know it is safe to approach you.
If you are a much braver woman, just give him a card that says "I've noticed we've seem to be checking each other out and I would really like to get to know you more. Call me." and give him your number. I don't think this would be considered pushy, just taking the initiative.
Either way, the ball is in his court and if he really is interested in you, he will take the next step.

dizzle is right :) try also getting near to him so he can say something or make a step, this way u can see if he likes u or just wanted to ask u if that bracelet he found in the van was yours :P

It funny you ask that. I have a girlfriend who is very outgoing and she says"Your Hot" and then laught. It breaks the tention and then you can chat and he is complimented by the words
