I'm looking for a good Latin quote to end a piece of descriptive writing. I was wondering what the Latin translation for 'This is me' would be? Cheers.

"Ego adsum."

"I am present."

From my 120-year-old Latin, I'd say "Hic ego est."

Hmmm... maybe "Ipse ego sum". That is what I think one would reply if someone asked "Is that really you?" and you wanted to answer in the affirmative "[yes, indeed,] this is me".

"Ecce ego" might also do. "Here I am", "Look, here I am". "Look, this is me". "Ecce ego sum": "This is indeed me".
