Hindus don't believe in hell. You see only the two religions that believe in a hell for people who don't believe what they do (Christianity and Islam) try to push their religion on others. It is because of this belief in hell that they think they have to "save" others. For religions without this concept of hell, this is irrelevant.

If I run a gas station and someone pulls in to use the bathroom and I tell them there isn't another gas station for 600 miles and it might be a good idea to gas and oil up now, plus buy some coolant and they say BAH and chose not to listen to me, they are talking their own responsiblity.
If I don't TELL them and they get stuck stuck in the desert out of gas, I am partially responsible for their situation for failure to admonish them. I'm an accessory to their demise.
The bottom line is when the end of times comes there will be some type of hell. You can't say "no one ever warned me about it nor told me how I could avoid it."
You chose your own path. All someone is doing is warning you, it's up to you to decide what is wrong or right.
What about the relgions that KILL YOU for failure to convert. As they nice guys! Christians don't do that. They let you kill yourself with your own choices.

Hindu Theology stands on it own. Christian Theology needs to divert attention.

Because Hindus don't care who goes to hell and we Christians would rather warn people so they don't go there. If and when people find out that there is a hell, they are going to blame Christians for not telling them about it, instead of blaming themselves for not listening.
