Its very normal for animals to continue going as if not sick. This is how they have survived for so long. If you have pus coming out of the eye, it would be a good thing to take it to the vet.

Take it to the vet as soon as you can as it could have feline enteritis (cat flu').
It's probably just an allergy or a cold and it's eye has got infected through that or through another cat scratching it in a fight, but it's wise to be on the safe side, you don't want the poor animal to be suffering at all, so it's best to get it some treatment, even if it's expensive.

I had this same problem with my kitten! I called our vet and they told me that I could bring him in, but in the meantime to keep the eye clean and just watch over him to see what might be triggering the sneezes. He's gotten a lot better, so, maybe you could just try what I did and see if it works for your cat.
Keep the eye clean by washing it frequently with warm water ONLY. Use a washcloth or small rag, and be gentle when you're cleaning and drying his face. See if the sneezing could have been triggered by a new spray, deodorizer, or other household product that you've been using. You could also try using a food/water bowl of a different material and see if that could have anything to do with it. Dust can also cause allergic reactions in cats, so try dusting your home (Pledge Wipes are good for this) and see if that helps, too.
Best of luck with your kitty, and I hope it feels better, soon.

Sounds like cat flu and a terrable eye infection, Cat flu cn kill a healthy car and be infectious if you have other cats in the house too, as a golden rule get them to the vets quick no matter how tough a cat is illness and disease spread so quickly through them, hope all goes well at vets, TJ

Yes definitely take the cat to the vet. Most likely it's a cold or upper respiratory infection. However, those are also symptoms of feline AIDS. Don't panic, but do take your kitty to the vet and have it checked out.

Upper respiratory infection. Take her to the vet and get antiobiotics. It could get worse and turn into pneumonia if you're not careful. I've worked at a ton of pet stores when I was younger and saw this all the time. You might be given drops for her eyes too, but either way, she needs to go to the vet for meds.

My cat used to have a condition where one eye would start to weep and the nostril on that side of the face would also have a discharge. She kept on sneezing and there was a lot of mucous that came out. She was also rubbing the eye dry with her paw.

We rescued a cat from our farm who kept sneezing and had an eye that was weepy, he ended up having to have his eye removed, as it continually got infected as he had an ulcer in his eye, and was only ok when he was on treatment... take it to the vets asap.... also, has your cat had flu injections!?

Take her/him to the vet. Sneezing can be a sign of pnemonia...which a cat can die from. Just lost a cat to that a few months ago.
