OK........I made the following assumptions:

12 oz bags of NESTLE toll house morsels (this is the standard size sold in supermarkets*)

2 pounds of cookie dough for each 12 oz. bag of semi-sweet chips (based on a 40% chocolate-to-dough-ratio, the industry standard)

therefore, 30,000,000 x .75 lbs =22,000,000 pounds of semi-sweet chips.

and thusly, 30 million bags would approximate to between 56,000,000 and 60,000,000 pounds of raw cookie dough.

*Note: I always need to buy TWO bags of chips, since my 15-year-old daughter likes to eat the chips right out of the bag. If I only bought one bag, then I won't have enough chips. Plus, I must make extra dough, because same daughter likes to eat the RAW DOUGH.......yecccch.

How big are the bags? How big are the cookies? What is the ratio of morsel to dough?
