The only things I can think of are chocolate or some other kind of dessert. Bacon is good on fried peanut butter & banana sandwiches, though. (grilled sandwich - buttered bread with sliced bananas, peanut butter, a few bacon slices, and drizzled honey)
There's lighter flavored dishes where the flavors are more subtle, and bacon could kind of "crash the party". But yeah, it's good.

I also love bacon. When I fry it up for breakfast I like to get it nice and crisp. I also use it when I grill dove breast with jalapeno peppers. I wrap the bacon around it to provide moisture.

Bacon is not good on ice cream.
I rarely make bacon. Because I can't stop eating it. I will eat the whole package and want more. Sigh.

I love bacon.
There was a time when I didn't, my wife was on Atkins and was eating it every morning. Smelling bacon EVERY morning turned me off of it for several months.

Several! Whipped Cream, Chocolate Eggs, Ice Cream, Well pretty much anything desert.
But, I have to agree... its one of the few meat products I can eat for breakfast, dinner, and supper and be happy about!
