A program won't know if mp3 is complete or not unless you give it another mp3 to compare it to. I'm sure there is a program that can tell you whether a file is corrupt or w/e, but you can also do it by just listening to it, ya know.

The software you are looking for is called MP3TEST, it is developed by MAF-Soft, there is a free trial link available in my source list. If you like the software I urge you to buy it. As trials only last so long. This is one of my favorite programs and I recommend it to anyone who has ever downloaded a song and not been able to finish listening to it.

Tip: It stacks up and clears the competition.... no other mp3 validity testing software is this useful. This is the one that works and works well.
