This probably WON'T win but it is a good recipe.
Serve with mayo mixed with garlic and a small amount of cream cheese....
Crisco 3 cups
1 pound chicken wings
1 onion peeled and sliced
1/4 veg oil ( use this amount for up to 2 pounds chicken wings)
1/2 cup vinegar (use this amount for up to 2 pounds chick wings)
1/4 tablespoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon cardamom pods crushed seeds from inside
Soak the chicken in the spices, salt and cardamom, vinegar and oil for one night.
heat Crisco in heavy pan on medium heat. When the fat melts add the chicken wings. Stir until golden. Add onion, cover and leave on low for about 30 to 40 minutes or until tender.
Use the mayo, cream cheese and garlic as a dipping sauce. Consistency should be a bit thick...

a fave we make with one among those distinctive sauces: chicken Wings we are all approximately common! i purchase the final sauce i will discover for the flavour i opt for (terriaki, BBQ, etc.), then positioned the wings and the sauce contained in the crock pot until achieved (approximately 4-6 hours). in the event that they're achieved faster, I turn the crockpot to 'heat' and enable them to simmer. Yum! wish you take exhilaration in! Chris
