I know this question might sound weird and some may say don't give up. But, I have loved my father, my first love, and my soul mate and I found they just didn't love me back enough. Some might find this giving up on love and other's may say its just hurt. But, at the end of the day we die alone with the beginning and the end and kind gestures on our tombstone. I'm a very very discipline d person in all other areas of my life and decided this area must be disciplined as well. I have found it causes problems, causing distractions and may ultimately stir me from my goals in life. So I've started by changing my number, and any feelings of loneliness I just go out and do something or focus on my business. What other practices can I start to forget about loving a man to train myself?( Seriuos Responses Only)

Seriously: WHY?
Wouldn't the answer be to discipline yourself to love RIGHTLY? To decide to have relationships that work for you AND those around you?
I believe in the Next Life - you may not, and I will respect that. But I ask you to consider that if there IS nothing else, you could still argue that at the End of the Day you would ALSO leave the love you gave others...and that could be the Thing that Makes The World Better. Giving love also makes us more human - so even when we don't get it back, we still win.
Think carefully about it. Cut yourself off from Love and a major part of you DIES. That would be a tragedy beyond words.

we all need love. i hope that these feelings will only be temporary, but by distracting yourself away from lonliness is a good start, but keep in mind not all men intend to hurt and not all men will hurt. i hope you find yourself in a place in your life when you will give a man a chance, i hear they mature around 40! lol.

boo.. you cant stop yourself from loving someone. i believe i understand what you mean, but if you feel better staying focused on your career and your personal life, and are not worried, or do not want to be worried about men in general, than just dont. but everyone has someone out there that will love them back no matter what. someday u will find someone who will want to be with you and will love you for you. dont give up on love. just let the future bring whatever surprises it has in store for you.
