She most probably knows it eats at you and is doing it on purpose or out of jealousy for the attention you get.Don't let it bother you, they're both your parents...

You answered your own question. She is argumentative, does she not know this reference to her mom and her dad might provoke you? Of course. If she truly dislikes you, this would be one way of eliminating you from the world in which you are not a part of the family.

Well u see one of my best friends is in the same situation. And the way she handles that kinda thing is just saying it also that way her sister or brother will get mad and start saying "mom or dad"

If she is spoiled and used to getting her way, then it maybe coming from a sense of entitlement. Then again, she may just want to have an argument with you, because she knows it is bothering you.

Maybe shes subconsciously a bit angry of having to share them with you - and her true feelings are shown through her saying that. You're right though that is a bit weird.

Maybe she is thinking that she is talking to a friend or just in that mode of talking to a non-family member.

i bet she's stuck in a groove where she's used to talking to friends about your parents, and can't slip out of it. she probably doesn't even realize! in any event, whenever i have the chance to call someone out who thinks they know everything, i do it! so good luck!

Probably just a habitual way of speaking. I notice you say, "my sister", instead of naming her. Does it diminish your standing in the family? No and if you think it does then you are the one with the problem. Get over it.
